Timing w/ Emanage

Well next weekend is my install date for my custom kit

My question is in regards to emanage. Will I have to retard the timing at all running 8-10 psi on a t3 or does the factory knock sensor retard it for you?

Also, does anyone have a base map that they could send me to save a bit of dyno time on my tune (and yes i know that I cannot run sombody elts map) just want to try and save a bit of roller time as this project has already set me back farther then it should have

btw..im running type s injectors

Thanks

most have retarded their timing. when tunning mine I lost 15whp from pulling 2 deg. so My timing was left stock and Im on 10psi. been boosted for over 1 year and a half. Always better to play it safe though.

You should tune both. But it's useless to tune partial without the pressure sensor because it goes soley off the tps voltage which means you can stay partialy on the throttle and and it may not be enough to register high enough on the map where fuel is added but enough to build boost. So you would have to be adding fuel constantly wich is kinda tough because you would loose your 14.7 a/f during cruise.
