ROFL.

if you don't mind my asking why are you installing motor mounts? just because? don't they make the cabin shake around a whole bunch?

Yes they do
my buddy has a set of solid motor mounts on his integra and it is really shaky on the inside.

you might reget it later........

The shakeyness is just the stiffer motor mounts so the motor can put more power to the ground where it belongs. Yes it makes the car shake, but its good! Im going from my hasport lvl 2 urathane to lvl 3 and installing the ESMM up front, then im trying to get someone to build a Engine Dampner for a k-swap. Ingalls was talkinga bout it. I even volenteered to take my car there, but noo. So im going to give Wepon R a try. I can take pics of the front one if you want?

i know, but i dont need pictures of them already installed, that does me no good, i need to know how to get the rear subframe out , there is a lot of **** in the way, ive done it on an rsx and the subframe for the rear insert is far less compex, check it out when your under there, you have to unscrew everything it looks like JUST to get to the mount its tucked away on top of tons of junk. there has to be an easy way to do it, thats why i asked the question to begin with, the front one is easy.

Thats why you just drop the subframe its 4 bolts and the actual motor mounts front and rear. the sides will hold the engine up till you get it back on.

Thats why there are 4 motor mounts 2 on the side and 1 in front and back. LOL. The sub frame is 4 bolts and it comes off. To inssure the engine wont fall brace it up a little with some jack stands.
