I'll be making fairly detailed guide on how I got them out shortly with pictures.

I think for a 20 dollar bulb upgrade it looks DAMN nice.

why would you need a diy for installing light bulbs.......
unless, unless. you took the high beam bulb, (9005?) and trimmed one of the little mounting tabs off and put it in your low beam socket...........

And i was goign to right a diy with pictures onr emove teh 04 bumper and head ligths for multiple things. tinting. blacking them out repalcing bulbs etc. but if this is the type of **** i get over saying it then forget it. I'll go to 8thgena nd right a guide for them. there not a prickish over there it would seem.
I guess 7thgeners are just *** holes in general. but what ever.

Okay...So exactly what did you do? Just change your stock bulbs with aftermarket ones? I read your first post and I think that's what you were trying to say...

Well since he won't write a DIY for changing your lightbulbs, here it is
For passenger side, Remove battery, change lightbulb
For driver's side, lift up on PS reservoir, change lightbulb
Fin

He was probably changing the blinker fluid. Everyone knows that you have to take the bumper off to do that so you can get to the drain plug on the bottom of the headlight housing...

actualyl i figured the lights were changable but did not feel like removign battery. I also wanted to see how hard it was to take the bumper off. So no i wasnt making a diy on replacing the bulbs. I was goign to make one on bumper removal and head light removal for the 04. but I gues I wont now.
Since all the guides are for 03's. I looked at the back and your right it looked possible but I wanted the experiance of hwo to remove the damn bumper and head lights them selves
Also the car was jack up for easier access to the under sie of the bumper. I do not see how you think that is no logical.

It's the same for all models, dude. The only difference is the shape of the headlights. There should still be four clips on top, two screws on the side of the bumper, two screws on the bottom, and four clips on the bottom of the bumper
And I just found a DIY on how to do it...

oh, one more thing
hey paradoxblue, all your effort is appreciated, I give you props for taking a chance and doing all the grunt work yourself. Some peops dont have the ***** to do that much work on there car without consulting a guide or checking on the internet. Some people on this website are @ssholes that have to rub it in 20 times over just for a laugh. If you made a mistake its cool, if not its cool too at least you learned something knew and told us about it.

I didn't have a choice, I have gi-normous hands. Plus it's only two bolts to get the battery free...I didn't disconnect the terminals, just moved it out of the way.
