Sloshing sound from gas tank

This isn't really a problem, just a bit irritating. Whenever my tank is around full, and I come to a stop, the sloshing sound from the gas tank is quite loud. Anybody else have this sound?

I don't notice that, but I do notice that sometimes when I rev my car, it makes a sloshing sound.

I'm not worried about it, cause I'm pretty sure it's just the Thermostat opening up and the antifreeze rushing around in there..

Ya, I know it's gas ... but I'm just kinda surprised that it's that loud.

Ronin,

I don't think it's anything you should be concerned about. My 02 EX coupe does it also. It's just fuel thrashing side to side in the tank. Baffles usually control it, but it's probably just thin sheetmetal letting the sound into the cabin.

Thanks Xjet. I don't really consider it a problem, but I'm just surprised that the insulation around the gas tank is so thin. I've never been able to hear the gas splashing around in any of my previous cars.
