don't do it, too many diffrent things and headaches with the ecu, kpro isn't working with out a 02-04 conversion on the ecu

k20z1's aren't drive by wire ... afaik. k20z3's are

you can swap a k20z1 ... just get an a2 ecu w/ the adapter harness and you should be okay.

so maybe i am out of touch. 05 and later k20's are drive by wire??
I was hoping to run a stock ecu at first get it cali bar'd then do the hondata kpro retrofit. but if the stock ecu is drive by wire that would be out of the question.

oh wow, my mistake...... what car does the Z1 engine come from? does K24 from TSX have drive by wire.

z3 is the 06 Si

I think there was also something different about the mounts ... but I'm not sure
