Houston Inspections?
Hey everyone, I need to get my car inspected but I have been putting it off for some reason. I am from Houston and today someone told me that there is a new law that says if your car has an open air filter, like an SRI or CAI, then it won't pass inspection in Houston. Is that true or just a bunch of crap?
