its because the urethane wasnt fully cured before they sold it...if its fully cured urethane than its very very hard and wont sag

take a heat gun than warm it up so its plyable than shape it and let it cure with cold air than do it over by heating it than cooling it...temper it basically

I have two brackets that come out of the radiator support and bolt on to the sides of the bumper. they are bent up a little bit to hold the bumper up...

Ill try to get some pics of it later on..

lol i dont have a lick of trouble with that but right by the fenders ( where the front bumper meets the fender ) i have a slight bulge out ... but i think its becuz i slightly drilled the holes for the screws in the wheel well off a tad...

but that tempering idea is something ill try ...

you could run a piece of flatbar across the top. but you have to screw it in the middle of the sag and you might see the screws in the hole

Xtreme I would love to see those man, if you could get some pics.
I do have 3/16" flat bar. That im thinking about gluing it to the top where its hanging then zip tieing it to the crossmember. If I can.

The problem is the bottom I dont know how to fix the bottom its drooping I guess you'd say. I may have to weld something up to fix but I'm not sure how exactly.
What is a glue that will hold the metal to the urethane????

I would try the heating thing but that scares me a little.

Are you using the grills that come with the kits? Those should keep it from sagging but if you don’t like the grills use that flat bar and bend it. Drill it into the spots for the grills on the back side. Just my thoughts.

No I didnt like the grills. I believe I am going to get some window urethane glue. The stuff that holds in your windshield. Then im going to make my supports out of metal. Glue it to the body kit, then a couple hidden zip ties, and no ones the wiser. It works in theory anyway.
