bend the pins? my way of doing it is to cut a part of plastic on the inside of it so that the 7440 bulb can fit because the 7440 has a ridge that blocks it from going in. therefore cutaway a piece from the T20 socket and the bulb fits nice and tight.

well after working on it today theres a little more that needs to be done. you need an exacto knife and a nail file. part of the inside plastic on the socket stops the bulb from going down further. use the exacto knife to cut part of it away. if you dont know what i mean, insert the bulb into the socket and you'll see it wont go in further on one side. then using the nail file, file away at one of the ridges on the bulb so that its trimmed down. should fit snug into the socket now.

hey does the socket for sedan and coupe different from each other? because one member i know, he's from canada and he has the amber bulb from SiR and he said it fits fine for him without any modification to his socket. he has a coupe, what do you all have? i have a sedan and haven't try this yet.
