Can the stock bolts be used on tokicos?

i recently just bought a set of tokico hp's and i'm wondering if the stock bolt that mounts the strut/shock to the car can be used to install the tokicos? im asking because 2 of the shocks did not come with bolts but the other 2 did. thanks
