what would you do to improve gas mileage and power?

People have been using acetone and are reportig better fuel economy and
quicker throttle respone...would you dump in 2 oz of acetone?

in other words, any professional who is educated, particularly in chemicals, knows this is bunk and no hard scientific data has ever proven anything except as such.
In short NO, it's bad. It will not help your MPG, it will hurt your car if used for long term.
