Radiator flush vs. cleaner

I know better than to ask if it needs cleaning but...I gotta know if they're just profiting off ignorance or not

prestone super radiator flush Vs. radiator cleaner...isn't that the same damn thing when it comes down to the purpose?

I have used the prestone super radiator flush in my car, my moms and my dads car. I think the cleaner is more toward for people who have neglected to ever change there coolant in older cars. And have severe rust buildup and other deposits. And the flush is basically the same thing and used for the same purpose, just on newer cars that may not have alot of rust buildup or alot of deposits.
