2005 EX front brakes make click noise when wet

Does anyone know if it is normal for my front brakes (I believe I only feel it in the right side) to click a split second after coming to a stop? I will feel the click on the brake pedal. This only happens when it's raining or I just finished washing the wheels.

After driving around for like a block and using the brakes, the click stops and there is no more noise form the brakes.

The brakes do not make the click noise when it's a dry day.

Is this caused by the ABS or the water on the brakes causing it to slip because it goes away when driving and utilizing the brake?

I have an LX w/out ABS that does the same thing. Mine mainly does it after it's been sitting awhile (say overnight), or even when i go from reverse to drive. I've checked and tightened both calipers, but it still does it. I guess it's no big deal, just annoying.
