Just curious what kind of rubber are you guys using?
And the size of your rims? Time to replace my rubber, looking for suggestions.
Thanks.

You know there is a wheel/tire section on the site right?
I'll leave it in here for a bit to get you a local sampling.
Main question for you concerning what to replace with is what kind of tire do you need?
Basically - are you looking for just a cruising around tire or something that can give you just awesome grip as you'll be chewing them up or race tires or etc etc Just like audio, all sorts of spectrums on rubber as well.
Personally I'm on 215/45/R17 - Hankook HRII H405 - All-season thus not top of the line .. decent tire for cruising around with a little bite in them, though well, with the past couple of major rainage I wouldn't trust them after being worn down to run in the rain.

A couple of my friends are running Wanlis, and I've driven on their 205/40/17 summers a few times. Good dry grip, I didn't get to test them in wet but my friends both say they're pretty good there too. One of those sets is going into its third season, and could probably finish it too.

The best tire I've ever run on were the Fuzion ZRi's (205/40/17). Quietest tire with awesome grip wet and dry. The tread pattern is also very sexy/aggressive. And Bridgestone actually manufactures the Fuzion lineup.
Right now I'm running the Nexan's (215/35/18) and I like them a lot too. Pretty quiet tire but I haven't really tested out the performance.

Toyo Proxes 4's here. 215/45/17. Toyo's are the best. You may pay a little more for them, but you pay for what you get.
Great traction in dry, wet, and decent traction in snow..lol. I don't drive them in the winter, but I got to test them out since it snowed after I put my rims on. The proxes 4's actually handled pretty well in the snow. I would not use them in the snow conditions, but you get my drift.

I have BFG Traction T/A 205/55VR15 on Si wheels. So far so good. They were free so no complaints. The wife's car has 215/45HR17 Fusion HRi. Excellent tires. Quiet, balanced with little weight, sticky and pretty cheap, $505 tax in.

although with any tire in this size your not going to get the longest tread life. Ah well...
I have the OEM version of weight reduction. DX

^^^ ya I actually didn't drive my car down because I needed new tires for em.... the rears had some mad camber wear.
I'm running new tires all around now so I can actually cruise to Toronto again.
Are there any other places that have big meets or is it just that one spot?
