Suspension problem

Basically I lowered my car using H & R springs with 1.5" drop all-round, this was last summer so exactly one year. This is on stock struts.

Problem:
Recently noticed when going over pot holes, uneven road there is this cluck noise only from the front driver side wheel.

Please tell me what are the possiblities for this noise?

Thank you.

the bearing plate might need to be replaced?
it seems like it's the same thing i have...
but the mechanic said it shouldn't have anything to do with the springs.. it's just the freaking design by honda...

Could be the bearing or just something lose.. I'd make sure everything is tighten to spec before swapping parts out.

see if the strut bolts in the engine bay are tight

It could be a blown strut too.
