Hi! Newbie here...
Greetings from San Diego! I'm 18 and i own a black '04 civic dx coupe (5-speed) for little over a year now. i wanna mod it but i don't know anything about cars so i'm just doing a lot of reading now (and ultimately trying to land an auto job so i can learn more 
) but yea, ever since i got this car i've been really interested in cars and i wanna learn more about how they work and i wanna be my own mechanic hehe...
since i don't know anything about cars performance wise, i wanted to get some rims for my car, a cool shift ****, and racing pedals (they look cool!)
oh yea, i have a nasty scratch on my hood so i think i'll just get a carbon fiber hood to fix the problem (hopefully it blends in since my car is black)
oh yea, i also need a tachometer since it's a DX...
i feel so inexperienced but i hope i learn a lot from reading the topics here and have hands-on experience in an auto job this summer...
