Time for a new car(need suggestions)!
Well as some of you may know, I got creamed by a drunk driver last week and it appears that my civic is a total loss!
But the good news is I can use this opportunity to upgrade!
I'm sort of stuck between a Prelude and the new V6 Accord! I'm also thinking about a 3.2 TL Type S! I want a car that is semi fast from the factory that i dont have to put aftermarket stuff on. What do you guyz think? Here are pics of the cars too!

Prelude all the way. Preludes are made to be sportier than Accords, they have more character, and it is a lot cheaper if you are getting an older one versus a new accord. The aftermarket support is also greater.

i just bought an accord v6 coupe ('05) and it fvcking rocks. the 6 speed manual is excellent, especially compared to my old ('01) civic EX. and it has all the little things that make you a pimp, like leather, XM, and more. i can't recommend this car enough.

I know there is more aftermarket support for the Prelude but I'm asking what car would you get and leave it stock, other than wheels? That means no engine modifications or power adders!
I would get the Accord V6 6-speed and put the oem lip kit and wheels and it will be good to go... my friend has one it's black with bronze rims... it looks so lovley i'll try to get some pics

According to v6performance.net, the accord v6 6 spdwith intake, exhaust, and chipped, with 93 octane will give it a substantial boost in whp. Toss in 3 grand total on suspension and engine, and you got yourself a sick car.
man **** those cars
get a tight car like a 96 chevy cavalier
with some mods n **** like some led windshield wiper jets and an aluminum wing they can look HELLA SICK

out of those two, accord coupe v6 6spd for sure....but recently a few of my friends have bought rwd/awd cars, and its making me want to get a rwd/awd car as my next one. in the accord price range you can get a wrx...its something to think about. also, balistek showed me the mazdaspeed 6, it looks good and the specs are crazy, check it out here
awd, 6speed manual, 274 hp, 280tq. sounds like it might be fun. dont get me wrong, i love hondas, but in about 2 years or so, im going to buy a car, and its not going to be a honda, mainly because most are fwd....but when an s2k or nsx is practical for me, then ill be back. im gonna miss the crazy mpg though

i say accord coupe or a mazda 6 if you want a 4dr. Maybe a tsx. I say don't get a prelude. The prelude is old and the interior sucks. At least with the accord, you have leather, nice interior and optional navi. There more things to a car then just speed.

as an '05 accord v6 6sp coupe owner, i can tell you that you won't even want to mod it after owning a civic. hell, the stock wheels are good enough for me (17"), and i can't imagine ruining this nice ride by lowering it. go drive one, you'll see. and i mean really drive it, take it out for at least 10 miles, some highway, some in town. on my test drive, i took it up to 120mph with the dealer in the car
. i also cornered it just about as hard as it could take during that test, i had to know :P not bad.

if you plan to race the stuff get a prelude the after market parts are plenty. if you want a fast stock car get the v6 accord. but then again all v6s are atuo not stick. tough choice. id get the prelude cause they don't make them anymore.
