Anyone running nitrous and a turbo?

I was just wondering if this is posible without blowing up our engines? If you are, how long have you been running it? Thanks in advance.

it can be done, and many professionals with BIG turbos run a small shot to help the spool. THe problem is that these are professionals that are running dry systems and standalone angine management. It takes a lot of tuning to get the A/F just right.

As far as turbos go: I know that at 10 our head gaskets blow. People run everyday driving at 6 with out any problems. But to run a turbo as stock as possible I wouln't run higher. Dezod makes 2 reputable complete kits for our car. Stage I and II, although I'm not sure if stage II is out yet... But you're best bet is the stage I. It comes with everything you'll need and if you run between 5 and 7 you shouldn't have any problems unless you f*ck*d sumthin up putting it in.

i ran 18. Mine didnt blow. The only time i blew my head gasket was on 4 psi when i blew a water line on the air-water intercooler, causing the air to become superheated and much more prone to detonation.

My normal everyday boost for the better part of a year was 11 psi. When something finally did break, it was a piston. Not the head gasket.
