Considering there are only turbo kits for the Civics becides the Si, your best bet is a turbo kit unless you want to do a custom supercharger job. I'd rather get an engine swap though, but if thats not an option turbo is the way to go. O, and one thing, don't bother with the bolt-ons. They don't produce nice gains on these civics.

civic01vtec has a reputation beyond repute

Considering that you didn't take the time to search what is available for our cars, i suggest staying away from any F/I. Stick with intakes and exhausts.
