I am curious, everyone who reads this, go out to your car and turn the ignition to the II position where all the lights comes on, dont start it but to the run position and tell me if the low fuel indicator light comes on and then goes off? I am asking because I thought I used to have one comes on when I first started the car then it would go off, but now when I start the car or have it in the fun position, no indicator light comes on. No it isnt the bulb because the indicator light does seem to come on when I am low on fuel.

no, I just full it and when I turn the key to n' II,
the low gaz light don't show.

Nope after putting it in 2nd position no lights meter just slowly went up to tell me how much gas I have............P.S. 1/4 tank gas b/cuz is 2.5(regular) in south FL

I was just curious. I swear that usually when you first turn your car to the run position, I have seen the light come on for a few seconds to indicate low fuel, then go off as it rises, but if all of your cars are like that, then I guess I am ok.

nothing here, it seems like it shouldn't matter though as long as it comes on when ur low on fuel.

When I turn my key to I position.
-no dash lights
-speedometer backlight comes on

When I turn my key to II position.
-oil, battery, (SRS, ABS, Maint., Gas, Brake, check engine, all of these on for 2 seconds)then turn off.
-speedometer backlight comes on

When I turn my key to III position.
-ABS and SRS on for 2 seconds then turn off.
-speedometer backlight comes on

I have a full tank right now, but usually when you first turn to the run position, your low fuel light shows for a few sec cause your gauge starts on low then it goes off and the gauge goes to your actual level.

hmm...I don't recall seeing that light even on the 1st day. Oh well. no biggie if that light comes on or not. I rarely let it go below 8 o'clock.
