rear lower tie bar

hey i just got a rear lower tie bar, i thought it would be real easy to install, but now looking at it, it seems to be a little more complicated, can someone please give me some detailed instructions before i break something else on the car...thanks

It should just be a few bolts. Jack up the rear end of the car and put it on some jack stands and you should be fine. It took me about 45 mins start to finish to get mine on.

check the DIY install for the Progress rear sway bar. Instructions are in there for the tie bar also.

what my tech did was. hoist up my car, air gun out the bolts, bar on, air gun in the bolts. didn't use nothing or holding anything.

I used a wooden dowel to hold it in place as I was removing the bolt. I didnt want the LCA to drop out. Then after I put the bar on(one side at a time) I removed the dowel as I was screwing in the bolt.
