Those with AEM CAI lets hear your input...

Just upgraded from an INJEN SRI to an AEM CAI. I know this doesnt make my car run like it has a K20 or anything, but hot damn! I totally felt the difference from the short ram system. I was reading in Import Tuner that "it is the best aftermarket part to put on your car" -2001. I totally agree, I have no complaints whatsoever. Hopefully i'll come across a used V2 system, that bad boy looks sweet. Do you guys think i should invest in a bypass valve? How are you guys liking your AEM CAI ?

* Cold air charge is sweeet ! *

No need to invest in a bypass valve in the summer

I liked the aem cai when I had it. If you don't wan't to run a bypass valve I suggest taking the lower portion off and making it a short ram during the winter. you never know when you'll be stuck in a place where the drainage sucks and theres a fat puddle of water you can't get around. better safe than sorry.

yup, what djmota said...find one one on ebay or something. Once water get's into your engine....you'll be paying more than what you would have paid for a valve......
