im so pissed...random body damage
ok, in the last few days i noticed a whole bunch of little scratches and paint dings on my car that i have never noticed before. i am pretty sure theyre new because its a black car and that would be hard to miss for me in the places where they are located. when i got the car the paint was immaculate (it was a used car)...so now i have no idea what the hell is going on because it cant be from pebbles.
i have one paint ding thats like in the middle of a small scratch going lenghtwise behind my door on the rear fender. the scratch isnt straight...its kind of squiggly. i have a bunch of others on that side that look like they were made when some jackass opened their door and hit my car...but this one is in a position where thats impossible (i think). then just now i parked my car backwards on my way back to the office from lunch and i look back at the car and theres a dent on my hood...like not in the middle but more towards where the lip and the bumper would meet. like an inch or 2 from the seam. i dont lean on my hood.
the only two things i can think of is the jiffy lube idiots did that when i took my car in for an oil change, or someone is messing with my car and sitting on it when its parked at my house or something. i dont think anyone would do that at my work. so im just wondering WTF??
im gonna try to knock the dent out and hope it just pops out. and then touch up the scratches after i wash my car and then wax it and hope most of them buff out...but still. this sucks. do all of you with black or dark color cars go through this?? when i had my silver civic it wasn't even close to being this aggravating. i was planning on painting the car sometime in the future...but not THIS soon.

battle wounds i can deal with. but i like to at least know where my wounds came from. i mean the dent on the hood got there somehow. im just pissed about it because if it doesnt just pop out im gonna have to pay to fix it or itll look crappy.

took another look at the dent in the hood after work, turns out its in a spot i cant even reach to pop out from the under-side. its like right over one of the hood underbraces in the front. ugh! sucks! only way to pull that out is to tack a nail in the center and pull that sucker out...which means taking it to a shop. or getting a new hood or something.
this blows. oh well...i guess i can drive around like this. i just hate having dents...especially ones i didnt cause. fvckers!!!

yeah, i got a little dent on my roof near the sunroof. Looks like a nut fell from a tree or sumtin and dented it. Also, there is a small dent on my passenger door.....only about the size of a dime.

that's why I always park my car to where nobody parks... like 500yrds away from the mall
if the GF bitch about it... drop her off first and off to an empty parking lot
--3 door dings
--2 Cart bumps on rear bumper (wind push shopping cart, cart slams car
)
--1 Cart scratch on rim (wind push cart, cart hits rims, paintjob saved, wheel has 3 inch scratch
)
--1 rear bumper dent... I backed up onto a car, me hauled ***
--gravel chips on car, I try to avoid freeways as much as possible during the day... night is cool...
those are some of the few battle scars on my ride

one time when i was driving my dads tundra, i was at circuit city, when i left i backed into a brand new 04 audi a4 (still had temp plates), and the tundras bumper took the headlight sprayer cover off and scraped the **** outta the audis bumper. i was just gonna go, but one of my friends that was with me said to go inside and find the owner and talk to him. the circuit city people were on the intercom asking the whole store if anyone had an a4 parked outside. in the mean time, the driver, who turned out to be at staples next door, got in the car and drove off.
