Question Head Swap LX to EX

Im swapping my Lx head to an Ex head, I noticed that the exhaust Manfold on the Ex doesnt have the cat on it like the Lx does. my question is .... will the lx exhaust work with my new EX head???
anybody with some info will be a big help.

well if you are swaping the head. i don't see a problem using a lx header and cat. you are just changing the head not the header.

bradmanuwf will become famous soon enough
you can use the lx exhaust with the ex head, its just really restrictive. you should convert to an ex exhaust also. you'll also have to get an ex sway bar so the ex exhaust will fit. its like $35 on majestichonda. buy a header, higher flow cat, cat-back, simulator chip and sway bar...then you'll be a little quicker....

iamboo is on a distinguished road
this topic has been disscussed in several threads... for the amount of money and time that you invest, you only gain like 4 or 5 hp at the most...

it's not like a hybrid head swap on a B series motor where you can do like a LS-Vtec type of setup... but it's your money...

lemme give you a couple threads about it... and i'll let you decide whether you still want to do it or not...
