Question Those with Revo SS and Grey's kit

Hey, I'm in the process of installing grey's upgrade kit. I know where to put the E clips and the cotter pins but i'm not sure where to put the 2 new washer's. Can anyone help?? Do they go on both sides of the main shifter linkage? Also does the rubber side of the washers face in (towards the linkage) or out?

Any help would be appreciated.

they go on in between the plastic where the pins are. Hard to explain, where the cable connects to the plastic (in between the plastic) you put it on one of the sides of that, so it is between the cable and plastic. You have to sand one down though to make it fit, like the directions say. I used a dremel to sand it off. It is so the cable doesnt move back and forth, but it wont fit in right now, have to sand it. One is for each of the cables.

sorry thats so hard to explain

the kit didnt change much anyways. Nice to have those half circle thingymajiggers. Sorry I dont know the proper term people. ahhh EClips maybe. I like those things. The cotter pins are nice because their stronger, but the washers didnt change anything. Still the same play in shifter from what I noticed. But its a lot cleaner looking when I take my assembly apart.
