Broken into

Well I was all happy because i moved into my own apartment, got a new job, etc.....then i walked outside this mornin my passenger lock was busted out, my center console was gone along with my deck...luckily my gf is gonna buy me a new deck (an Alpine) for V-day and lend me the money for a new alarm, and power door locks, and thanks to the ever so smart and all knowing JT, i'm getting rear sedan door handles to put on my doors so there are no more key holes on my car. And Thanks to Alex for the buttons and **** for the center console, i now owe both of you at least one sexual favor
What me and my friend are gonna do is on one of our bored nights, i'm gonna leave my car with the window down and we're gonna lay on top of the covered parking, when the little **** walks up to steal it again, were gonna jump down with a crow bar, shove it in his ***, and hang him over my parking spot like in Pirates of the Carribean.

Matt

I wouldnt want to break into your car, damn. Beat em freakin hard. My ex bit** Ho a** Slu* of a Bi**h fuc**n EX gf's good friends BF used to jack 01 civics. He was on house arrest, and in his free time he would go get some civics. He was on house arrest for the civic jacking. He had so much sh** in his house. Like 5 or 6 intakes, rims rims rims rims, and rims. exhaust, bodykits, everything. He went back to jail, damn, i really care. I am so glad he went back to jail. Just knowing that kid stole 01 civics only, I was pissed. I was thinking if I ever get broken into, I know the first place to look. He is in jail now luckily.

And just a side note: stay far away from custom car audio on bell, they screwed me, they hooked up the power lead on my sub amp but not the rcas, the door locks in both doors rattle, they told me retial was 320 on my deck but it was really 200 when i paid 260 (i know my fault research, but still), and they charged my Gf (who picked p the keys) 60 bucks more because they didn't know that my civic would have cable door locks, that "not all 2001 civics have cable door locks" B. S.

Yep in Phoenix you need your car in a garage no matter where you live, I hear these stories all the time. Like even my sisters 5th gen civic 4 door has been attempted to be stolen 5 times. SO you never know.

Hey, what exactly were you thinking of doing with the sedan door handles? I'm assuming you'd be using the backdoor ones because they have no keyhole?

Would those handles fit a coupe? I've very interested in this project. Please keep me posted on how it goes

i really dont think that i should of had a camera, i just got done putting in one door handle, it's 1 am and i started at 7:30, maybe it's just my cars year since it's an 01, but one of the screw don't line up, there a different type of bracket for the pole pulling thingy and u have to bend a little metal to get the door straight........k, so most of this time was used trying to figue out what the hell to do, but i think i might have it figured out. tomorrow night i'm gonna try and get the passenger side done, if that goes smoothly, mayeb me and someone else from here (Alex) can hook up and do it to their car, the only materials needed are 2 or 3 zip ties, rear sedan door handles ( got mine at the dealership for $33 for both)(thx Jt), and time but like i said, since i know how to do it, it might only take an hour to do both side, but i dunno yet, i have to try and do the passenger tomorrow night to be sure.......but i must admit it looks clean
