Slid onto the curb...

Hi! I was trying to make a turn and I slid onto the curb cause it was snowing... I wasn't going too fast... But when I lifted my car up, it looks like my alignment is off a little... I hit my front right wheel... Curbed it a little.

The car seems to drive fine I think... Can't really tell cause the roads are covered in snow... So would I just have to get a alignment done to fix my car? Thank you!

if youre up on the curb, I would think you would need an alignment... just go out on the road, hold the steering wheel 'straight' and see if the car is pulling to one side or not.

the car stays straight... but when i brake hard, it sounds like there's something clanking around and i can feel my steering wheel move a little... i'm afraid something might have got bent or something...

Check your control arm. Not just the bottom of it, but the top of it. That means you actually have to get your head inside your wheel well to see behind the brake rotor. That's where I found my fracture.

I kinda checked my car, but I don't really know what I'm looking at or know if anything is bent... It doesn't look like I fractured anything though... I was going about 15kmh, so that's about 10mph... I don't think that's fast enough to fracture anything... It seems to drive fine and everything, but when I go over speed bump, sometimes I can hear a creaking noise... I think I'm just going to make an appointment with Honda to check it out... That's the best thing to do just to be safe!

Thanks!
