Hey guys, u know that big storm that hit flaggstaff HARD last night? well i'll give u 3 guesses to guess who was in the middle of it. The freeway was stopped for an hour and a half so we all got out of our cars and started to talk about each other's cars (STS, G35, and my 01 dx auto) when finally a plow came and we strted moving hooray, but naturally we had to all merge into 1 lane, so me and my gf are crusing along when some ******* in a nissan frontier cuts me off and i have to swerve (which on ice is fun btw)but it gets better, another dumbass parks his focus in the left lane (yes the left lane of the road, not off the road) so i slide into him, ******* number 1 (frontier) keeps driving, and a cop that was going the opposite way saw the whole thing happen, gets out and talks to me aboot it, doesn't ticket me but writes the report. As far as i know no one knows whose focus it was cuz it was just sitting there with the hazards on, no one to be found. so like i said i F*CKING hate snow and ice

I got my car stuck in Pinetop earlier today, that sucked, but got it out after 10 mins of pushing my car. Damn, was it cold too.

I decided to go up to snowbowl saturday morning. Lovely day until about 2 o'clock then the snow started and up on the mountain hard. We decided to wait until about 5 to head down. We slid the entire way down. Took 2 1/2 hours to get to town then we just got a hotel and staid the night. totally sucked. The skiing conditions however where the best.

yea we went to the recreational place because i obviously have very good luck in the snowand if i went skiing then i prolly would of pulled a sunny bono buut u probably saw the focus that i hit when u were on ur way back, it was a silver zx4

I did see that car, there was also a xterra slammed into the side of the mountain. I now know why people put there stock tires on in the winter. The nittos do nothing on snow and ice. Not that I know how to drive on it though either.

as far as i know the cops still have no idea whose car it is, one of them thought it might be stolen, which would kinda suck for th owner -"good news we found ur car, bad news, it's hit" - oh wait, all the bumper had was a scratch, but what does my car need? front bumper, hood, headlights, fender and minimal straightening i might be able to do by myself with my strength and yelling

sorry to hear that. 2 years ago, we were driving in to telluride, and my dad decides to pass somebody at 45 on the ice. Well the transmission kicked to a lower gear, and guess what, we didnt pass nicely. the backend of our jeep cherokee started sliding around, we passed the people by doing a 360 around them barely missing by about 1/2 inch front bumper to front bumper. We than slid off the road and into a ditch. My friend was like oh **** cuz where we stopped there was a bent large tree about an inch from his window aimed straight for his head. It was crazy, like slow motion, but fun as hell.

I was in that storm stuck on the freeway too. Some dumbass in a TA decided that it would be a good idea to stop on the Country Club exit and then try to go again. Took over 30 minutes to go less than 1/4 mile. And I had my fiance's 97 hatch which sucks in snow and ice (no ABS, and not very good tires for snow, and it is an AT to boot so less gear control). Although I have to say that my 03 handles like a champ in snow and ice. Oh well we got home fine...sorry to hear about your car man...that sucks ****...but hey atleast there is another person from Flag finally.

I'm not form flag hehe it was a b-day present for my gf, i surprised her at her door and took her up to see snow cuz she's never seen it before.....what a way to end the day.....but hey, we ended up getting a hotel room and her mom paid for it hehehehehe
