yes, it is easy to replace. It is about $60 at the dealer. Just ask them for the mud flap piece that goes under the bumper. Dont know the exact name of it.

the brush gaurd under the front bumper?
ive torn mine off 3 times.. i just cut new holes in it and ziptie it back in place.. ill rip it off a few more times this winter just getting out of my driveway...
dont bother getting those plastic clips..
1-you will just break them again..
2-they are $4.80 EACH from honda
3-zipties are so much easyer to remove and replace.. and they will break before the pannel does..

Zipties - Are those the wire things like twist ties or the plastic pull things with the notches? And could you explain you fasten it? Is it all the way around, or through a hole? Thanks.

the plastic things with the notches..
just use a knife, razor, screwdriver, whatever to make another hole next to the original hole.. then thread the zip ties through and there ya go.. just remember to snip the ends off or they will make all sorts of noise once you hit about 50mph
as for the rubber strip.. which is what i think yer talkin about.. i just take mine off every fall cuz if i dont i rip it off everytime it snows.. and i have not found a way to keep it in place.. at first it looks a lil weird.. but the second time you look at yer car you wont even notice..
if its not all crappy tomorrow ill take some pics if you need me to..

hahaha thats where mine is..
theres 4? lil flat metal clips that are screwed to the bottom of the bumper.. 10mm i believe.. anyway.. if its not holding just take those off and flatten out the middle with a hammer.. you will see how they should be once you get them off.. or you can get new ones from honda.. they are $2 and some change if i remember correctly.. i somehow managed to fully break one.. but then i decided i didnt care.. so i still have 2 new clips sitting in the glove box.. id mail um to ya.. but its not worth it
