In dash monitor
In dash monitor
Just wondering if anyone had built in a 7 inch monitor right into the dash of your 7th gen civic. Just thought it might look sweet. But on that note where would you suggest relocating the head unit 2. Any ideas and if so can you suggest products to use!
thanks

Hey bro I have a 7 inch screen built in my dash. It does look sweet, really sweet IMO.
I moved the head unit down right above the cup holders. I had to have a custom piece made to replace the OEM dash piece where that little storage space and the cig lighter were.
It looks pretty clean except the shop that did it, didn't quite make it fit perfectly so Im gunna go back and shave the sides when I get a chance. I'll post some pics as soon as I get my digi cam back. The only problem is it makes the cup holders useless...well...you can still use them for soda cans but nothing taller than that.
And in my car, i don't let anybody use them because I have a $600 cd player that I don't really want soda splashing on lol
