Need a CAI, for an 02 Ex AT, Any Adive
heyya fellas,
I just wanted to say hi for this is my first day as a 7th gen member. I've heard a lot about this site, so I'm excited.
My first question is that I am thinking of getting a Cold Air Intake system, i have a 02 Ex coupe and its a AT TRANS. What specific brand and model is a good idea to purchace. Also I've got a exhaust system on the car (2 inch piping and a magnaflow) How much louder is the car gonna get after putting the CAI.
Thanx Guys

Exhaust prolly will stay the same. If you're not worried about sucking water in the engine, then the Ingen CAI gives good gain and I think the only intake that fits auto. You may also want to think about short ram intakes, in which case K&N fipk is a good choice.

Welcome to the site! You will find the search function to be most helpful if used correctly. This site has a wealth of knowledge. To help you out, AEM and Injen both make a CAI for your car I believe. I've read that the injen cai rubs against the body though. IMO the fipk II is the best aftermarket inatke for our cars but it's sri.
