How much off MSRP did you get??

Im just curious, I just about my 04 LX coupe and wondering if i got a good deal.......I negotiated and shopped around alot, i was able to get $2250 off MSRP and no admin fee on a brand new 04 LX coupe 5spd.

What did everyone else get off theirs??

I just noticed that honda has come out with a new model for 05 called the civic coupe reverb.....looks pretty good....basically a "looks" package, comes with full honda aero kit, 15" alloys, body coloured everything, and basically an LX minus cruise and power windows.......only $600 more than the 04 LX MSRP..........but you cant get anything off those cars.......VERY slim margin, they wont move at all right now as they are just coming out........so i got the LX instead!

are you on lease or finance?

coz i got a way bigger discount on mine...

Civic Si Sedan 5 Spd, 2.8% finance
MRSP: (rounded off figure) 0 down, 470CAD x 60Months, all taxes etc inclusive

Final price: (once again rounded off figure), 1000 down, 400CAD x 60Months / 0 down, 418 x 60Months etc...all taxes etc inclusive

52 CAD discount every month, tht makes up to a total of 3120 discount...

IF i could get 0 downpayment, 400CAD a month, than it's a 15% discount...right now, I am getting about 11% discount...on average, it's 8 - 10% discount..IF you are lucking enough, you get 15%, for me, the price I say it's good.

Shop around, I bet you can get a better discount than what you have, esp on the 04 clearance...don't worry if they can't give you the price you want, there are quite a lot of Honda dealers around...

hmm, maybe u got a better deal then..but i guess we can't compare a coupe to a Sedan...

maybe someone with a coupe could give you a more detailed pricing...

i still dunno whether i could get it, things aren't looking good, mom seems to win everytime over dad

ya i had to negotiate a bit to get my price....i think i did ok

some dealers would only give 600-800, the one i got the deal gave me only $1000 initially

if you are getting 04s now, it's a hella good deal, they need to clear all the 04s... always start with a 15% discount, if not, go for more...don't let them feel that you will buy regardless...

I told them, either they make me a good deal, or I am leaving, I don't have enough *bling bling* to buy it...

so ultimately, i got a 31xx discount...as compared to the lancer i was looking @, they barely gave me half of tht...

but still waiting for parent's confirmation..i see chances are slim though...my mom might win..and my civic Si is as good as gone...

----
there's a new 03 sedan, mrsp 2xxxx, w/o negotiation, the salesman said if you want it, you are prolly looking @ 17xxx...so w/ price negotiation, think about it how much you can get it for...
