NEW Problems (Turbo Relate)

Okay. For those of us that are running SF manifold, a T3 Super 60, and. Can you post a pics of how do your internal wastegate sit in the engine bay. My car is in the shop right now. They got the turbo, manifold, and downpipe on, but they can't get the dam wastegate in their (the wastegate is off the turbo now).

I went to the shop and look at it myself and they $hit TIGHT.

I know a few members in here has a T3 Super 60 w/ internal wastegate. Please post some pic / link.

Okay. My turbo went SUX.
First of all. They said they WON"T weld the brecket to the turbo.
2nd - they said the bracket won't fit and they can't do anything about it.
3rd - now my dam motor won't let me go over 3.5rpm
4th - I now have 2 cat on my car (1 - stock , 1 - weld on rdy for turbo)

If any one can help me why in the world won't go over 3.5rpm??? I called the shop they said that it is because I have 2 cat on. On my A/R gauage it is reading rich the whole time. And on my SAFC, the pursure is not moving.

SOMEONE HELP!!!

what do you mean the wastegate is off the car and they can't get it in?

All it is, is a flapper.

Or, do you mean the wastegate actuator, which SF welds to the compressor housing ????

we make a custom bracket and weld it to the compressor housing. A normal bolt-on wastegate actuator bracket will not work.

what i mean is that they have to take the wastegate off the turbo, to be able to fit that thing in it.

oh btw it is the wastegate actuator that is my problem.

I am getting tired of this $hit now. Just today I had use $400 to put everything back together (stock manifold, remove manifold, turbo, and downpipe). The shop still want to charge MORE. But I was keep bitching and he stop.
now my car is throwing off CEL:

P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage

anyone know how to fix those.
