Ignition Anyone?
Hmmm, last time that I popped my hood it looked like coil on plug for each cylinder. That being the case, spend your money on something that will be of more benefit first... there should be no need to upgrade the coil on plug ignition on these cars. 200hp/litre should be np, and I would even expect it to be fine at 300hp/litre.
You'll need that money on parts to withstand the power, moreso than an ignition upgrade.

got it for free so no loss on my part... when i go to get my car tuned i'll run the dyno with the stock ones and with the coil packs... i'll let everyone know if the numbers change.. but we did firing tests with the packs down at the shop already and it does put out more spark like the website says... our computer screen looked very similar to what they had... but as far as numbers... gotta wait till dyno
haha.. i also forgot to mention that the idles smoother and usually my car idles around like 720-750.. but now it idles around 800-820 with the coil packs in.... that the noticable differnece now... but still like i said beofre.. gotta wait till i get to the dyno

My Plasma Direct coils made about a 6hp difference on the dyno at 6psi. Not a lot, but 6hp is 6hp.
I'm going to sell them soon, I want to get AEM's CDI ignition. I installed this on a friend's Supra and it made a 15hp difference, and a much better idle. The system is made perfectly for COP (coil on plug, what we have) ignitions, puts out about 3x the spark power and has multiple after-trigger fires to make sure ignition happened in the cylinder.

They do the same thing basically, the CDI just does it a lot better. I had a local diesel truck ignition place do some testing, and here was the results, in order from best to worst:
AEM CDI with stock coils
AEM CDI with Plasma Direct system
Plasma Direct system
Stock coils
Having the CDI and the Plasma Direct system seemed to lose some power for some reason.
