Then this may be for you. Increase the output of your stock halogen by up to 200% by turning a ****. Great alternative to getting HID. It's a bit pricey, but remember that HID is 300% brighter than stock. For less than 1/2 the price of HID, this thing boosts power 200%!

Actually, I probably would have gone with the kit. The increase is almost as bright as HID, but less than $200 instead of almost $400 I paid for the hid. And it should make all aftermarket bulbs brighter, which is the problem I had with my old cool blues.
I think this has to be wired to the headlight harness or something. It's not as simple as plugging to the 12v socket.

I sure hope so. I'm only guessing, but I think this involves a wire harness upgrade for the existing headlights (by way of a larger gauge power wire) to support higher voltage. Then by turning up the ****, more voltage is sent to the bulbs. I think it's like a full system to run higher wattage to the bulbs. In doing so, the bulb life may be gradually reduced (since they are designed to be run at stock wattage 55/60). It also says they switch to low mode when the car is stopped. So that's good for saving current when the alternator isn't working hard.

Im not sure but i think YS had those and he had problems wit it blowin his bulbs up. It would work fine until a couple of months. He said that this one time the bulb shattered in pieces inside the headlight.... I would just save up $$ for hids better

Yeah, you could just buy higher wattage bulbs and upgrade the harness. But they still won't last as long as regular bulbs.
