is there a wire that show any polarity (pos or neg) when its in Neutral?

nope if you are asking for a remote start there is none you just have to ground it

i know honda havent had it on any cars int eh past, just makin sure. the only car out there i know is the newer body type WRX subaru have neutral wire.
