i dont recall the specs off hand cause i align about 5-10 cars a day. but it basically all looks good but the right rear camber, by the way what were the caster readings?

caster was 1.9 left, 1.7 right - he said this was just a baseline cause caster is non adjustable on civics. He said my alignment was within specs, was he wrong? I'de hate to have it done again......

i would have the right rear camber addressed, or you may get inside edge wear. and as far as the caster your correct you cant adjust it but its good to know what its set at

Its bad for handling because you have 0 negitive camber on the front end and you are running .10 Toe in on the back... Thats going to make the car understeer... Alot. Great for keeping grandmas and Idiots safe, but not good at geting you around a corner quickly. BUt Boilermakers right, your tires should last about aslong as they can last (Given your tires tread wear)

well, stock camber setting in the rear is -1.5 degrees, so one of your control arms (or camber kit) is WAY off.

could you install a camber kit yourself or are you better off taking it to a shop? i dont understand the whole concept of having them aligned right so that your tires last forever oppose to having them align so that you have better handling, how do i know or figure that out? i have a goldline setup with a drop of 1.75" and only my rear tires have toed in and whenever i take in sharp turns i can feel traction lost. how do you measure for camber settings?

You have a camber kit, I don't see how they could have left that rear camber like that.
BTW I'm on Hayames too, my rear camber is -1.5 and -2.9 respectively for left and right. NO camber kit. How could you have similar camber if you have a kit to correct and adjust it?

your rear camber should be addressed just because of the side to side variance. i belive stock specs for rear is .16 toe in and -.75 camber (degrees). i'm running -1.6 front camber -.8 rear and 0 toe all the way around and handleing is awsome. but tire wear is gonna suck.

^^ with -1.6, your tires will still last Quite a while.. Toe settings (In or out) will eat tires MUCH quicker then camber settings.

I am going in to get my alignment done tomorrow. I just put in my Neuspeed Race Springs and need to get everything lined up again. Do places even let you specify if you want a certain setting or do you just have to get it all straightened out and then do it yourself?

I am kind of looking for a balance between good tire wear and good handling so what would be a good setting for toe, camber, etc.?

anyone else? so does anyone know the actual spec ranges front and rear for our cars? Im thinking I may be within specs, just low on the left rear side and on the high end on the right rear, maybe still within spec, just not even side to side???
