Whats the difference in the exhaust systems between the EX and the DX? Wouldnt any after market exhaust fit on my DX since i would be buying the whole system? Are the pipes shaped differently or something?

the exhaust system on the ex is designed a little different. the catalytic converter is under the car and is part of the downpipe, unlike the lx and dx with the cat made incorporated into the exhaust header. so basically the ex has a shorter b pipe. than the other models.

shape is all the same just the cat is placed differently.

oh and if you get an ex exhaust for your dx, you will have to get a custom downpipe from your cat to the new exhuast.
