angel eye headlights

I got some angel eye headlights for Christmas. They worked for a while then the halo part stopped working. Anyone have an idea how to fix it.

There is a diy somewere on this site on how to remake or make a halo for projectors. Mine burned out too and it looks like they were constructed of poor design. I would advs against these personlay.
