rear lower control arm bushings?

well i got my suspension checked out cause i was getting vibrations.. which turned out to be just my tires improperly balanced, but they found that my rear lower control arm bushing is shot... its the bushing where alignment bolt is...
soo.. looks like a good reason to upgrade to poly bushings
i have 52k miles on my car, 20k is from my lowered suspension..

and i think energy has bushings but not sure if it comes with the one i need... anyone know?

Yes it does. There are 3 different sets of bushings. Two attached to the brake hub and one attached to the car. The hardest one to change is the one attached to the car. The other two are fairly simple. I can give you the DIY a shop wrote up when changing the rear bushings. You just need to go to home depot for some washers, nuts and a long metal threaded pole. ES does make a set.
ES Part number = 16.3118

You need the ones on page 4 pictures 41a, 41b and 42. They aren't that hard to change. I have done them.
