I did some searching but did not really find what is was looking for. What is was thinking is would it be possible to take the rsx-s shocks+struts on a 02 civic EX and would it be a bolt-on job or more parts would be needed?

You could, but they are most likely not all that much better(if at all) then your OEM dampers.

just get Konis and be happy.

Don't bother. It isn't worth it. The springs and shocks aren't made for your car and might look funny.
