Loose rattling sound under passenger floor
Ok, first off, I have a 02 ex. So the tsb doesn't even apply to my car. Plus I haven't driven through any puddles.. well, I'm sure I HAVE driven through puddles but I can hear the sound all the time. Over every bump and I can feel it in the steering wheel too. And every time I turn the wheel to the right, I hear this clicking sound. I used to think there was a rock stuck in my wheel cover or something, then I got rims and it still makes that sound. Any ideas? One of my friends said that it might be the ball joint? i'm totally lost.
I think your problem is different from the one that most people had when they drove in the rain and heard a loud banging and shaking from underneath the car. That problem was definitely related to rain and puddles, because the cold water caused some parts to contract (or something like that).
Your problem sounds like some parts are just loose underneath, regardless of water contact. I'm guessing that they just need to be tightened. Get your dealer to take a look.

I recently had bad rattle noise and it ended up being a exhaust hange.
It was not busted loose, but had enough play room to make the rattle / tapping noise.
Grab the exhaust and shake it left to right with some force and see it it makes some noise.
Also another reason for noise was that I broke an exhaust bolt that holds the exhaust to the header.
Now it is all good an I'm not getting pissed when I drive.
