Should i buy HFP Suspension?
I work for AHM and i was wondering if anyone has ridden in a HFP civic and if it is worth it to buy the performance suspension kit? i can get the suspension kit without the wheels, tires, aero, shiftknob, etc. i was wondering at what price it stops being worth it?
it comes with springs and shocks and badges.

i want a minimum drop and i like honda parts, i was gonna get the eibach prokit, but this honda kit comes with shocks and springs for a low price. i also like the fact that it wont void my suspension warranty, i think.

uh...you posted in the other thread too! No it won't void your warrenty. You can't do anything useful with that suspension like race. It just a little tiny drop. If you have the cash and want to retain your warrenty then go for it. But I wouldn't pay 2 grand for it. I wouldn't pay more than $500 bucks for it. But hey that is me. I don't care about having a 1" drop with very weak spring rates, because it doesn't do anything.

These are ****ing Awesome!! I have used these for 6 months, no problems
1. the whole strut assembly is about 3/4" shorter than stock.
2. Spring rates are VERY MUCH increased over stock (you dont thing they would have FACTORY PERFORMANCE withno increase in stock spring rates/strut valving......no)
3. I have used 4 differnt suspension setups (soon to be 5) and this offers a better handling ride than Eibach prokit, with stock struts, which also provided the smoothest ride compared to stock.
I bought mine off a member of this site for 450$, i just wish i had some ajustability height wise.
i would highly recommend these if you are looking for a small reliable drop.
Here is a pic of the "tiny drop"

I don't have any experience with them but from what was said before, they only drop 1". For me that isn't enough. Again, I race, so something without adjustability isn't worth getting. But, i was just going on from what was said about the kit before. For me, it is not worth spending the cash unless you can get it used or cheap. For $450, i would have bought it too if I just wanted a small drop. What size are those rims and tires though?

i don't know if you can get just the suspension package or if you have to get the whole kit. I think he works for Honda so he can just get the suspension. The whole thing is around $4k i think, wheels, body kit, suspension, badges, shift ****, etc.

i've been looking at the HFP package but can't seem to get much from the local dealers... Any recommendations for a dealership in Oregon that will know not only what I'm talking about, but can actually tell me a little more about it? Thx.
