Unhappy Oil Analysis Places...?

Hey I was wondering if there's any area in orange county, cali that do oil analysis for cars.. I seem to notice that the oil in my civic is smelling like fuel and has really THINNED out as well. I dip the dipstick and the oil looks very thinned out..and it doesn't even cover the full part of the dipstick..it's like half oil and half invisible..the oill glides on the edge of the dipstick in a way if u know what i mean.... I wanna fix the problem b4 the problem gets worse because my engine is basically running on real thin oil right..that can't be good for our cars right?!..but I dont know what may be causing this.. Honda already told me the old "There's nothing wrong with your car" statement...they're lying *******s...but i was wondering if there's any places that do oil analysis and what can be contributing to this... lease:

Dude you should try driving your car harder you might just not be heating up the piston rings enough and your getting blow by which is where the piston rings dont seal and the fuel is going past them and into you crankcase. Didi you brake in your car properlly when you got it.
