my Tein SS makes noise....help!

my Tein SS has been on my car for more than a year, now they make a "click" sound when the suspension moves, especially when I back up and go forward again. Also when I turn. I notice that the dust cover and the bump stopper has jamed together and I think they are melted because of heat(I drive pretty hard).
Anyone had that problem b4? The "click" sound is pretty now, I always affriad it will fall apart someday. Is it possible to order those dust cover from Tein? Or there are sometimes else need to be replace?
I went to a shop near my house and they have no idea what's wrong, they just told me to change it back to stock, which is not a option for me. help pls!

I have a rattling sound that I ignore now. My dust covers are all messed up also, I thought it was just my car. Now I don't feel soo bad.

hey guys, I just got an oil change, and they did a chassis lube, anyways, a lot of squeaks and sounds are gone that were so annoying before so what I'm thinking is its good to lube the chassis every so often, because I usually do my own oil change, but its too cold so I had a shop do it. They must have lubed up some bushings or something like that....

um well you good shafted on the lube job new/(our) cars dont have grease fittings commonly called zerk fittings so there is no place to "lube" Thety may have used a spray penetrating lube but it wont last long compaired to that of say a grease fitting

oh well our cars are tin cans anyways mines was stock for 12,000 miles and has more rattles then my old truck The high side is they look killer

I dont care, I only paid 18.00 for the oil change, and the lube came with it, and now the squeak I had before is gone, do the math, it was a good investment for me.....
