If u put it under the cushion isn't the same as putting it behind the back seat? Either way, it still goes thru cushion before it gets to your ear. If you put it under the cushion isn't it that much closer to your ears than any sub in the trunk would be?

I bet you'd have to do some major hacking to get that to work though.

Why don't you throw some speakers into the rear quarterpanel space in front of the rear wheels?

No, you can not put speakers under your rear seat...the seat sits flush on the gastank.

why did you want speakers under the seats anyway? besides for something custom, what good would they be, to rattle your passenger's asses? could be good for when you are hooking up in the civic i guess...

i think a vibrating seat would be cool, on a switch, like u know those early generation shockwave headphones??? they vibrated to the bass if u turned the switch on. I know that subs do make everything vibrate but its different. anyways purple ninjas make bad pets,,,,,,tell ur gradmothers,,,cuz they love u,,,,so..do,,i..???

do you have kick panels? Theres another 5.25" component set...also try adding tweets in the door panel right in front of the handle. um...i would try the panels beside the rear seats also, and maybe you can modify the rear deck and put more speakers there? And there's always the trunk...

I would love to fiberglass some Illusion 8's into the quarters and just build grilles in the plastic.
