Warranty and Dealer Question after an accident
I was involved in an accident over a year ago. Some stupid lady hit me in the front end and caused about 8k damage. Now I have a CV boot that is starting to leak. My question is, will the dealership still honor my warranty or will they try telling me to go back to the body shop the repaired the car over a year ago. I had a windshield nozzle problem shortly after my car was repaired about a year ago. I tried bringing it to the dealership and they refused to look at the problem because it was in an accident. Can they refuse to service my car even if it is under warranty? The accident was over a year ago. Thanks

i think if the part in question that needs to be fixed wasnt part of the repairs that needed to be made after the accident, the dealer should fix it under warranty.
