Unhappy trunk problems

anyone have problems with shutting their trunk?? mine never wants to shut, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to get it shut and i have to slam it rather hard on occasion. i plan on having it looked at next week as i am going in for my first oil change, just curious if this has happened to anyone else.

do you have aftermarket speakers, if the magnet is hanging to low it might be hitting the spring on the left side.

If its three months old, take it to honda. They'll fix it and you wont have to worry about it.

i did that No more trunk rattle! DIY and it was working well for a while but one time my brother slammed the trunk and totally ****ed my trunk latch...I took it to honda and the guy said it wouldn't be under warranty because I worked on it...but i made a sad face and he asked one of his bosses if he could bs it since they have been having a lot of problems with the trunk latch, so i got it covered under warranty the guy was a young guy so he had some sympathy with me...
anyways...like the guy said...other people have problems with the latch so just take it to your dealership

My car rattles also-very bad in all conditions. Normally it's when i am turning to the left, it sounds like it is from inside the trunk or under the car. It also rattles when my trunk is closed and I shut the door. I have custom speakers in the rear, maybe they are hitting those trunk bar things- if any of you know, please help me.

try adjusting the trunk levelers a bit...clock-wise to 'lower' the lid and counter-clock-wise to raise the lid

(they are under the lid where the trunk bends downward)
