Factory Seat Buckle and SRS light

I installed 2 Tenzo R seats in my coupe yesterday and my SRS light is on, but thats not my problem. I didnt attach the factory seat buckles to the new seats (where the factory seat belt would plug into) so my question is this....will i be able to reset my SRS light without having those two plugs plugged into anything or do i need to attach the seat buckles to the Tenzo seats cause I think that the wires ran to that buckle assembly or after I reset the light will it just stay off ? Any help would be appreciated, thanx, Scott

humm....might want to run the buckles wires, to get the signal, then put the ends under your center console.

did you stock seats have airbags?

no, i just have dual front air bags....i unplugged 2 clips under the seat, one im assuming, was for the seatbelt indicator (which now stays off) and the other for the srs system....but I dunno why the light is even on when theres no side airbags a or anything to do with safety restraint (besides the seat belt) in the seat ??

i think there is a DIY on overriding the SRS light in the DIY section.
it tells you how to make your own SCS plug.
try this.
