Saw a disguised car today.

it was on the highway by my house, had black tape on the headlights, taillights and the emblums but it was kinda obvious it was a BMW (had a kidney grill). It was about the size of a Ford Escape. So i did some research and it seems to be this thing. It's called the X3

you don't see a camo'd car everyday so i thought it was pretty cool and i'd share.

i saw the new tundra like that in the highway like in early 03, i think it is the 04-05 model now.. i was like :-D i love seeing those kind of cars!

what kind of wheels did it have? and who was driving it?

the wheels looked like the ones in the picture. There was some old dude at the wheel.

i read in some truck magazine about that. and saw pics of what they look like when they are being transported. but the ones i saw had the stuff over the sides (not the windows). pretty interesting.

but what's the big deal if people see it? you would think it would attract more attention being all covered up than just looking normal

I saw three of those that were all blacked out two months ago or so. It was at about 8:15 am on my way to school. They look so damn serious with all black windows and all.

I believe they dropped the 3.0 I6 and some 4 banger in the new X3. No more 4.4i

I remember the first time I saw the 7thGenCivic. Itwas done up with the tape and whatever to camo the lights and such when I was in Hawaii ....

I saw a yellow Viper today... the driver was following a GMC suv... Well it's just been a while since I've seen one.

The BMW looks okay...

I didn't think they were dropping the X5 thou. I was under thie impression that this was just a smaller SUV built on the 3 series platform. the X5 is on the 5 series.

i beleave that is the case, cause there also is a X7 coming out, presumably based on the 7 series.
