Best Intake for '03 EX MT

Okay, I've been reading a lot of these posts on intake, pros and cons etc...

1) Other than personal preference, what is the best intake for a '03 coupe EX MT? Best performace, could careless about mileage. AEM? K&N? etc...

2) What's a best possible scenario gain from intake alone? I hear nothing to 1 HP to 8 HP...please dont tell me the average, hahah

3) Are there any bolt on headers available? If so are they worth it?

You just have to do research. They are many header's for our cars. HP, DC Sports, Kamikazie, and more. Most people go with the HP or kamikazie. I myself went with the DC Sports cuz i got a good deal on it.

As far as your intake question, they pretty much perform the same. I went with AEM CAI. Personally, i would go with AEM, but this could turn into a debate.

Just pick one. Thats really all there is to it. Short Rams look prettier, CAIs work a little better, Some are easier to install, yada, yada....
All it is is a filter on a stick. You won't get much out of it because Honda has already done a pretty good job of pulling every last ounce of umph out of the engine.
